Anti-inflammatory Lemon Detox Water

I’ve been enjoying this new warm and comforting concoction lately and I thought I’d better share it with all of you.

I’ve already been drinking lemon water first thing in the morning and in the evenings for quite some time now. It’s a great way to stimulate the liver for detoxification and flush the body of acidity. And it tastes yummy too! But this new addition makes this healthy beverage a super healing tonic, packed with antioxidants, full of liver-loving benefits and fights inflammation throughout the body.

Recently I started making a great effort to add more tumeric to my diet because of the AMAZING health benefits tumeric offers like:

  • anti-inflammatory
  • powerful antioxidant
  • prevents spread of cancer
  • promotes liver health
  • reduces levels of carcinogens in the body
  • reduces head aches
  • helps arthritic conditions
  • heals colds
  • reduces fever
  • fights depression
  • helps Alzheimer’s
  • rids ringworm
  • aids bruising
  • improves menstrual cycles

Here’s the super simple recipe! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
