Chocolate Chia Pudding


With only 4 ingredients, this Chocolate Chia Pudding makes a super simple snack or dessert to be enjoyed at any time.

Chocolate Chia Pudding


– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
– 2 tsp raw cacao powder
– 3-5 drops liquid stevia

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or mug and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes and re-stir.

Optional add-ins: shredded coconut, almond butter, sliced bananas, berries or any chopped nuts.

Health Benefits of chia seeds: High in omega-3s, antioxidants, calcium, iron, magnesium, and they are a good source of protein, as well as soluble fiber.

    Maybe adding a TBSP of coconut oil and 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder?
