Chocolate Banana Caramel Smoothie
(naturally sweetened, gluten free, dairy free, paleo)
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 1 handful baby spinach (optional)
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk, plus more if needed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 4-5 dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions: Add everything to a high powered blender and mix on high until well blended. Add more coconut milk if needed for desired consistency. I like my smoothies thick like milkshakes!
