Strawberry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful spinach or torn kale
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- honey or stevia to taste
Directions: Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and mix for 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Serves 1.
